Great entry! The vivid imagery is always a cool escape...mad props on the Rose Bowl gig, to share the same stage as THE Blondie is pretty amazing, and of course the wild boys themselves Duran Duran. Check out a jam called "Shadows", her cameo duet with Sam Herring (of Future Islands fame) is killer and dare I say kind of haunting?? Those lyrics..."Life's a tourist trap" looking forward to the newness.
Last year went to Cruel World last minute and arrived late. This year I got VIP and I'll be there early cos I'm pretty sure that's when LEATHERS will be playing and that's just swell 😁
I am old enough to have experiencend how pleasant different air travel was back in the 80s. For me it was more of a party, with alcohol, cigarettes and music pouring out of my walkman and into my ears, mostly recorded tapes from John Peel's radio shows on BFBS and BBC.
When we travelled with you as a child, as you say, it was much less complicated. We travelled standby, got a hotel room when we arrived, didn't have to worry about cramming tiny bottle of liquids into a tiny zip-lock bag....I could go on! The good old days!

Good luck at Cruel World! I’m glad your music is getting the recognition it deserves. I wish I could make it.
Can barely wait to hear the new single!!

Yeah good vibes on the air all time.

Thanks Michael! I think we'll play some new tracks, yes!
